Less talk.
More doing.
Build together.
Startup Jugaad is a free, community-led learning initiative. We bring together young people who want to understand how businesses work by doing practical work in the real market.
Up to 10 members · Free to apply · No experience needed
This is for doers, not spectators.
You don't need a polished pitch deck or a registered company. You just need the willingness to step outside and learn.
Curious enough to ask questions.
Humble enough to start as a beginner.
Brave enough to talk to real people.
Consistent enough to finish what you start.
Open enough to learn from failure.
From chai conversation to real-world challenge.
We don't do lectures. We follow a practical cycle of observation, action, and reflection.
Meet over chai
Informal introduction at a local spot. No dress code, just genuine conversation about what we want to learn.
Choose a problem
Identify a practical problem to investigate with a local business or customer group around Gola Road.
Talk to the market
Approach business owners and customers respectfully. Ask questions, observe behavior, and take notes.
Test an experiment
Propose a simple, zero-budget idea. Get permission, execute the test, and gather real-world data.
Share & Learn
Discuss the results as a group. What failed? What worked? We learn from the reality of the market, not theory.
Practical market observation in action.
Your first challenge won't happen behind a screen.
Together, we'll choose a local business problem, ask better questions, observe the market, and propose a small experiment. We'll measure what happens and discuss what we learn—even if the experiment fails.
-
Observe
Watch how customers interact with a shop. Note the pricing, the layout, and the bottlenecks without assuming you know better.
-
Experiment
With the owner's permission, we implement a tiny change. Maybe it's reorganizing a shelf or rewriting a promotional sign.
-
Learn
We review the outcome. Did sales change? Did customers notice? The goal is the lesson, not immediate success.
Note: The actual challenge will be agreed upon collectively by the founding members and the participating business owner.
